Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Beijing Tengxiu Chuangzhi Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”) about MemeWingman: the apps for iPhone and Android and the website at memewingman.com. By signing in to MemeWingman, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, a parent or guardian has to agree to them for you.
• You sign in with your Apple or Google account. Keep it secure: you’re responsible for what’s done with MemeWingman under your account.
• Don’t make more accounts to get more of the free daily allowance.
• You can stop using MemeWingman at any time, and delete your account in the app under Me.

What MemeWingman does, and doesn’t

MemeWingman explains memes, slang and messages, reads their tone, and suggests memes to send back. An AI model writes its answers, so they can be wrong, out of date, or miss what your friend meant, and a meme that’s fine with one friend can hurt or offend another. Use your own judgment before you send anything it suggests. Its answers aren’t professional advice of any kind.

Using it fairly

Don’t use MemeWingman to:

• harass, threaten, demean or deceive anyone;
• make, request or share anything illegal, including sexual content involving minors;
• get around its limits, overload it, get into other people’s accounts or our systems, or copy, resell or automate access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

What you send

What you send stays yours. You let us process it, including sending it to the AI model, to give you answers and suggestions, as the Privacy Policy describes. Only send what you have the right to share.

Memes in the library

The memes in MemeWingman’s library belong to their creators and owners, and we don’t claim them. MemeWingman shows them so you can understand them and pick one to send. If you own a meme and want it changed or removed, email support@mail.tenshowinnovation.com.

MemeWingman Plus

Plus is a subscription that raises your daily allowance, currently from 5 to 100 chat replies a day, with more suggestions and voice transcriptions too. Allowances start over each day at midnight UTC.

• Price. $7.99 a month or $49.99 a year on the web. In the iPhone app, the App Store shows the price in your currency before you buy.
• Free trial. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial if your account has never had Plus (on the web), or if your Apple ID hasn’t had this trial (in the App Store). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged when it ends.
• Renewal. Plus renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
• Cancelling. On the web, cancel with Manage subscription on the Plus screen, which Me opens; Plus continues until the end of the period you paid for. In the App Store, cancel in your Apple ID’s subscription settings at least a day before it renews. Apple explains how to cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Cancelling or deleting an account does not automatically issue a refund. Contact support about web payment refunds; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases and explains how to request one.
• Deleting your account cancels a subscription from the web straight away, without automatically refunding the rest of the period. It doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription: cancel that in your Apple ID’s settings.
• Where it works. Plus works wherever you sign in to the same account, including the Android app, which doesn’t sell it.
• Price changes. If the price of Plus changes, we’ll tell you before the new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before then.

The App Store

If you got MemeWingman from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app too.

Changes

We may change MemeWingman, its features and its daily allowances, or stop offering it. If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here with a new date; if you keep using MemeWingman after that, the new terms apply.

No warranty, and limits on liability

As far as the law allows, MemeWingman is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for what happens when you send something MemeWingman suggested. None of this limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
