Your account and data

Open Me → Delete account to delete your account and its data on this device. If you can’t sign in, contact us from your account’s email address. Friend profiles, saved memes and chats stay on each device; see our Privacy Policy.

Plus purchases

Open Me → Get Plus → Restore purchases to restore an App Store subscription. Use the same Apple Account and MemeWingman account you used to buy it.

To cancel a subscription, open Manage subscription on the Plus screen. Apple explains how to cancel an App Store subscription and how to request a refund. Deleting MemeWingman or your account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Daily allowance

Free accounts have 5 AI replies per day; Plus has 100. Allowances reset at midnight UTC. Your existing chats and the meme library remain available after you reach the limit.

Content requests

If you own content in the library and have a rights concern, email the support address with the content’s name or location and information about your rights.
